Delivery options

Cancel/Changing your order

You are able to cancel or amend your order within 30 minutes after your order was placed if you selected Standard Delivery by emailing us at info@truetinkers.com. Please include your order number and the change(s) you wish to make. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 30 minutes as your order may already be in production.

Unfortunately if you have selected Express or Next Day Delivery, or after the 30 minute timescale, we are not able to cancel or amend the order as it will have been processed.

If you require a change of address after this period, please urgently contact us at contact@truetinkers.com to request an address change, although we can not guarantee this will be possible

Personalised products

Unfortunately, personalised items are not eligible for return or refund. We kindly ask you double check spelling before placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If in doubt, please drop us an email. 

 

Sending gifts

We do not include any invoices or prices in the packaging as most of our items are sent directly to the recipient. You will only receive an email copy of the invoice.

For gift messages, there will be a box at the checkout page for you to include personalised messages, if you wish to include one.
